Dear TCVB Families
We continue to push forward during this time to make sure we have a successful 2020-2021 season. As many of you are aware some restrictions have been lifted to allow gyms to open and more people allowed in indoor gatherings. While we are not operating at full capacity, we will be offering training sessions, open gyms and establishing tryout dates. We know it is important to get players back in the gym and active whether they are playing at the middle, high school or travel level.
In keeping with two of our TCVB pillars of success (Community and Service), we will have regulations and protocols in place that will allow us to “Return to Play” safely. We have a responsibility to ourselves, our families, teammates, the club and the community whose facility we use. We will need each participant to actively adhere to these guidelines for us to maintain a safe and healthy environment in accordance to state, local and most of all USAV.
In short, there will be signs posted on doors to the facility for you to follow. Once you enter the facility (through double doors) you will be asked a series of questions, temperature will be checked, and all of this is while you are wearing a mask. Once you have been cleared, you can enter the gym for play. TCVB staff will make sure guidelines are followed.
We know it is a difficult, in this environment, to decide if you will participate in sports. We at TCVB do not take that lightly and just like with any other season, we will do everything we can to keep our family safe. We hope to see you soon in the gym, on the court and doing what we love.
Thanks
The TCVB Leadership Team
