Program Descriptions:
In 2020, TCVB is excited to bring several different levels to the club - Regional Lite, Regional, Regional Extreme, Semi-National and National. Each program is designed to give your player the most out of the travel experience based on their talent and volleyball IQ. No matter the level each team is rooted in TCVB Core Values and Code of Conduct.

Regional Teams:
The Regional Level teams are tier based on experience and skill level.
Regional Lite is designed for the beginner volleyball player that is new to the sport but wants to improve upon her fundamentals and increase her volleyball IQ. She may have played recreational or middle school ball and wants to extend her season to see if she would like to continue in the sport.
Regional is designed for the athlete who is in between beginner and intermediate level. They are unsure about the club/travel experience but want to gain more experience in the sport to improve sills and athletic ability. She has intermediate skill but has some improvement in key areas.
Regional Extreme is designed for the athlete who is not quite sure if they want to play at a higher level but play at tournaments outside of small Regional play. She has intermediate skill but is working hard to improve. She is required to make sacrifices for her progress, her team and her sport. She will attend all practices and tournaments without hesitation to improve her athletic ability and skills.

Key Details:
- One to Three per age group
- Offered for U12-U18
- Travel:
- Regional Lite: 8 mostly single day tournaments, no overnights;
- Regional: 7-8 Tournaments no overnights
- Mostly signal day tournaments & 2-3 multi-day tournaments
- May have an overnight depending on location of tournament
- Regional Extreme: 8 total tournaments with USAV and/or JVA play)
- More competitive Regional Play with multi-day tournaments
- May have an overnight depending on location of tournament
- Practice: 2/week
- Season: November -March
- Approximate Cost: $800-$1500
Semi-National Teams:
These second level teams in the club attract some of the best talent in the Greater Gaston/Charlotte Area. Semi-National teams are designed for the athlete who is also serious about her volleyball and is working hard to open doors to play at a higher level and remain competitive in the sport. She also makes sacrifices for her progress, her team and her sport. She may be looking exploring the possibility of college or college club teams that require elite level athletic ability, skill or physical gifts. The players on these teams continually want to improve their game by competing against other travel teams throughout the Carolinas and other states. They potentially could perform at a high level for the chance to train and develop into a National team.

- Travel could be up to 4 hours away; USAV and AAU play
- U13-U18; 2 practices/week; may include weight training program; strength, endurance and agility program
- Some College Prep (Ages U15-U18)
- Season: November-April

- $1700-$2000
National Teams:
These are top level teams within the club that attract some of the best talent in the Greater Gaston/Charlotte Area. National teams are designed for the serious athlete committed to playing volleyball at a higher level and who is willing to make sacrifices for her progress, her team and her sport. These teams will travel out of state and take on some of the best competition in the area. These players have the athleticism and skill to match up against others within high level clubs.
Key Details:
These are top level teams within the club that attract some of the best talent in the Greater Gaston/Charlotte Area. National teams are designed for the serious athlete committed to playing volleyball at a higher level and who is willing to make sacrifices for her progress, her team and her sport. These teams will travel out of state and take on some of the best competition in the area. These players have the athleticism and skill to match up against others within high level clubs.

- Travel out of state and/or 4-5 hours within the state
- 8-9 tournaments includes National Bid Tournaments; AAU Nationals in Orlando, FL
- U15-U18 focus on College Prep; may include weight training program; 2-3 practices/week
- U13-U14 play best competition; prepped for the collegiate level; focused on growing and position level skills; strength, endurance and agility program
